Ministry's "Hotline" Received Over 3 Dozen Phone Calls

Since November 1 to December 23 the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources received 7 online inquiries concerning particularly the construction of autonomous solar stations, network connection, providing   licenses, the possibility of using both concentrated solar energy and perspective accumulating technologies, gas supply and electricity supply,  issues and suggestions related to mining rights. Asked questions and suggestions have been processed.   

In abovementioned period the Ministry's ''Hot line" telephone number (011-528-243) received about three dozen calls. The questions raised are basically resolved. The applications out of the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources have been readdressed to the appropriate authorities.

The "hotline" phone calls were related to various issues, such as installing electricity and gas meters, providing street lighting, gasification, power outages, and water supply and so on.
