02.02.2015 The Debt of “Nairit’s” Employees Must Be Repaid Completly

On February 2, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of RA Yervand Zakharyan has met with the employees of  “Nairit Plant’’ CJSC, as he had promised earlier.

The Minister presented the information about payment of salaries and debt repayment and the steps being taken for the problem resolving.

He has noted that the works with the CIS Interstate Bank are continuing for the withdrawal of the mortgage of “Nairit Plant’’, after which, during the further operation of the plant,  the property is not suited on will be realized.That way it will be possible to settle the wage debt problem more quickly.

According to the Minister, it was created a working group consisting of “Narirt’s” employees, which already has enrolled the property not under the grab and will try to arrange its sales in a short period of time, because the process is rather time consuming.

The Minister assured, that accumulated amounts will go towards the debt repayment of “Nairit’s” employees, which is, by the way, together with the final calculation is about 15 million dollars, or 7.2 billion drams.

-That debt must be paid completely. The problem of your salary’s debt is concerning all of us. There is the President's recommendation, that the issue must be resolved within the possible shortest time frame - said Yervand Zakharyan.

The working group, consisting of “Nairit’s” employees has prepared a list of products that can be realized until the withdrawal of the total mortgage. But this process requires a time, as it is desirable that the property is not been realized as a scrap.

Yervand Zakharyan has noted, that considering all these, one another month's salary will be paid to “Nairit’s” workers before the February 25.
