During the first quarter of this year, RA Ministry of Energy infrastructures and Natural Resources Ministry's “Hot Line” 011-528-243 received 125 calls. Telephone calls were mainly related to the installation of electricity, gas meters, gasification, the inaccuracy of electricity meters indexes, power supply disruptions, water supply, autonomous solar power stations, operating and legislative tax privileges, as well as calculation and delivery of surplus electricity generated by solar cells. Issues related to subsurface use rights have also been addressed. Relevant solutions were given to the sounded questions.
Queries outside the Ministry's jurisdiction were also received by the “Hot Line”, which were forwarded to the relevant authorities.
In the reporting period, the Ministry received 22 applications from citizens and 8 complaints, which were processed.
