Information - International Atomic Energy Agency
The International Atomic Energy Agency was established in 1957. There are 162 member Countries. The headquarters is in Vienna, Austria. The Republic of Armenia has become the member of IAEA in 1993. The main activities of International Atomic Energy Agency are safety and conservation in the field of nuclear energy, science and technology, physical protection and control. The political authorities are the annual General Conference of the member states and the managing Board.
