A regular Work Consultation held in ANPP

A regular working consultation was held at ANPP headed by Ashot Manukyan, RA Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources. The consultation was attended by the representatives of 'Rosatom' State Atomic Energy Corporation headed by Chief Executive Officer Alexey Likhachev. ANPP Unit 2 Lifetime extension Program issues were discussed.
Evgeny Salkov, JSC Rusatom Service Director General presented the process of the activities to be implemented during the “Outage 2017” within the ANPP Unit 2 Lifetime Extension  program, existing problems and the ways of solution. It is mentioned, that the works planned for this period are proceeding as scheduled. It is mentioned that currently all the planned works are proceeding as scheduled.

The sides also touched upon the activities planned for the next 2 years.

After the consultation, the Minister Ashot Manukyan and the General Director Alexey Likhachev toured the plant to get acquainted with implemented works.
The ANPP was shut down for the regular upgrade since May 10. Parallel to this, the Lifetime Extension Program activities of operating plant are on process.

According to the schedule, the nuclear power plant will join the network on 10 July.
