Discussions on the Action Plan for Armenian Power Market Liberalization and promotion of cross-border trade have been started

The Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources in cooperation with the USAID's Enhancing Capacity for Low Emission Development Strategies (EC-LEDS) project team elaborated the draft Action Plan in accordance with the GoA Decision on RoA power market liberalization and promotion of cross-border trade as of July 29, 2016 and based on the Gap Analysis with List of Major Market Challenges and Legal Barriers and the New Market Designs for The Power Sector in Armenia reports. The proposed document is prepared for comprehensive discussions with all stakeholders.
