The Amended List Of The Companies’ Board Members Has Been Adopted

According to the decision of RA Government No. 764-N dated July 21, 2016 a special joint meeting of “Armenian Nuclear Power Plant” CJSC, “Yerevan TPP” CJSC, “Energy Power System Operator” CJSC, “High Voltage Energy Network” CJSC and “Settlement Center” CJSC was held on October 30, 2016 and the amended list of companies’ Board members has been adopted  involving a representative from each company which represents the private sector of the electricity market, academic/research institutions related to the energy sphere.  

Particularly the following representatives from the electricity market private sector companies have been selected:

• Board of “Yerevan TPP” CJSC and Board of “Armenian Nuclear Power Plant” CJSC – Ms. Alvard Asatryan, Financial Director of “Contour Global Hydro Cascade” CJSC,
• Board of  “Energy Power System Operator” CJSC and Board of “Settlement Center” CJSC –  Ms. Yeranuhi Azoyan, Deputy General Accountant of “Electric Network of Armenia” CJSC,
• Board of “High Voltage Energy Network” CJSC – Ms. Natalia Sarjanyan, Head of the Department for Media and Public Relations of “Electric Network of Armenia” CJSC.

Mr. Stepan Petrosyan, Corresponding Member of National Academy of Sciences of RA, Doctor of Physics and Mathematical Sciences has been elected as a member of companies’ Board from the scientific institutions.
