The Minister Received Chargé d'Affaires a.i. Of The Embassy of Sweden in the Republic of Armenia and ABB Group Representatives

On October 6, Ashot Manukyan, the RA Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources , recieved Margareta Kristianson, Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Sweden in RA and the representatives of Swedish ABB group. The perspectives of the future cooperation in energy field were discussed.

Expressing gratitude for the reception, Mrs. Margareta Kristianson emphasised the importance of the Goverment Program ratified by the Natioanal Assembly of RA, some points of which they are interested in.

During the meeting the ABB Group representatives represented their activity spheres, the process of the projects implementing in the Republic of Armenia and touched upon the future activities.

Since 2000, ABB Group has been involved in different projects of the energy sphere of Armenia. The Group is the main contractor of the World Bank supported project for the construction of the  “Yerevan TPP” substation.
