The name of the ICB: Power Transmission Rehabilitation Project: “Rehabilitation of 220kV/110kV Substation at Shinuhayr & Agarak 2”

1.      In accordance with ITB Clause 8 and pursuant to ITB Clause 24 and ITB Clause 27 the deadline for submission of the Bids and Bid opening date has been extended as follows:

(a)          The deadline for bid submission is: Date: 20 October, 2015, Time: 10:00 a.m.  local time Yerevan

(Section 2-Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Clause 24.1)

(b)         Opening of Bids : Date:  20 October, 2015.

The time for the bid opening shall be the same as for the deadline for receipt of bids or    promptly thereafter.

(Section 2-Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Clause 27.1)

1. The new Pre-Bid meeting will take place as follows: Date: 29 September , 2015 , Time: 11:00 a.m,  local time Yerevan

(Section 2-Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Clause 7.4)

1. This addendum-1 shall be treated as integral part of the Bidding Documents. All other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents shall remain unchanged.
