The Final Report of Further Operation, Technical and Financial Viability of "Nairit Plant" CJSC

As it is known, the RA Government had applied to the World Bank with the request of assessing the viability of "Nairit Plant" CJSC. The audit was carried out by the experts of the "Jacobs Consultancy" company, which was concluded by the World Bank.

 On June 24, the representatives of the World Bank’s Yerevan office have submitted the final report of "Nairit Plant" CJSC’s further operation, technical and financial viability to the RA Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.

The assesment process conducted by WB initially was open and public.

Adhering to that principle, the report in Armenian and English languages has posted on the official minenergy.am website of the Ministry.

The appropriateness of further exploitation of "Nairit Plant" CJSC, the financial and technical reasonably comprehensive assessment will form the basis for the RA Government either for discussion, or for the decision making.

The justifications are available to everyone and interested people can get acquainted with them on the official website of the RA Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
