The Ministry's "Hot Line" were received more than two hundred calls

RA Ministry of Energy infrastructures and Natural Resources "HotLine" phone number 011528243 were received 234 calls from January 1 to June 30.

The calls received from the "HotLine" refer to various problems, including the installation of electricity, gas meters and solar batteries, street lighting, gasification, and reconstruction of meters. All phone calls were answered.

Signed for autonomous solar power plants, network connectivity, licensing, solar energy and other issues and recommendations that have been properly processed.

In the reporting period, the Ministry received 68 applications and 26 complaints from citizens.
