Ashot Manukyan was Appointed as the RA Energy and Natural Resources Minister

By the   Decree of September 20, 2016, of the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan  Ashot Manukyan was appointed as the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia.
