Yervand Zakharyan has Received the Representatives of the World Bank

On June 23, the RA Minister of  the  Energy and Natural Resources Yervand Zakharyan has received the World Bank’s representatives, the senior energy economist Arthur Kochnakyan, senior engineer- energy specialist Coji Nishida and responsible for the  external relations of the WB’s Yerevan Office Vigen Sargsyan .

During the meeting there was discussed the process of the projects implemented with the assistance of the World Bank in Armenia's energy sector, such as the "Reliability of  Electricity Supply" and  "Electricity Transmission Network Improvement" loan programs.

The WB’s officials have mentioned, that they are basically satisfied with the works done and have emphasized the importance of the schedule keeping circumstance.

During the meeting the sides also have discussed the final report on "Nairit Plant" CJSC operation, which will be soon posted on the official website of the Ministry.
